Definitions and Scope of Terms

Password and Account Security

If you suspect that your password or account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately. ptk99 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a player's failure to keep their login details secure.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

ptk99 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The minimum amount for each deposit is RM20, while the minimum withdrawal is RM100. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, subject to required security checks.

All deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method registered under the player's name. ptk99 reserves the right to request additional verification for any transaction deemed unusual or potentially involving unlawful activity.

• Deposited funds must be used for betting purposes only
• Any attempt to transfer funds between player accounts is prohibited
• ptk99 reserves the right to hold withdrawals that require further review without prior notice

Welcome Bonus and Wagering Requirements

ptk99 offers a welcome bonus of 100% of your first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

As a practical example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, giving a total balance of RM200. Before a withdrawal can be made, you need to reach a total wager of RM100 × 15 = RM1,500.

ptk99 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any related winnings if there is suspicion of misconduct, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms. ptk99's decision regarding bonus validation and cancellation is final.

• Bonuses cannot be converted directly into cash
• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per player
• Other bonuses offered from time to time are subject to their respective promotional terms

Game Rules

All games available on the ptk99 platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, sportsbook, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and sic bo — are operated according to their respective game rules. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

In situations where a technical issue, connection disruption, or system error occurs during a game session, ptk99 reserves the right to cancel or void the affected round. Results produced under significant technical error will not be considered valid.

Limitation of Liability
